Currently, there is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Business Development Trainee to join an expanding local sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to kick-start their career in business development or sales and gain invaluable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Business Development Trainee, you will work closely with an experienced business development team to learn the ins and outs of the industry and contribute to the growth and success of both the firm and their clients.

Business Development Trainee primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in business development initiatives; including residential sales campaigns, submitting customer orders, and confirming the completion of each sale
  • Understand each customer's needs, provide appropriate solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty on behalf of their clients
  • Working with fellow team members on the execution of daily community focused outreach initiatives
  • Participate in continuous training opportunities, both at the office and while out in the field
  • Stay up to date on their clients current products, services and promotions

Business Development Trainee Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant coursework or internships in business development or sales is a plus.
  • A passion for business and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and willingness to embrace challenges and new opportunities.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the capacity to take initiative and drive results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $800.00 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
